INTERMEDIATE
Government Graduate College for Women, Sangla Hill, offers a comprehensive two-year Intermediate program affiliated with the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore. The program aims to provide students with quality education, develop critical thinking and analytical skills, and prepare them for higher education and professional careers. Teaching and learning activities are conducted in accordance with the curriculum, academic calendar, regulations prescribed by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore. To ensure continuous academic progress, students are evaluated through class tests, assignments, practical work (where applicable), December examinations, and pre-board examinations. At the end of each academic year, students appear in the annual examinations conducted by the BISE Lahore. Upon successful completion of both parts, students are awarded the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC), which qualifies them for admission to undergraduate programs at universities and other higher education institutions across Pakistan.
The program is structured into two academic years:
- Part I : First Year
- Part II : Second Year
Eligibility
- The students who have passed their Matriculation with Science Group are eligible to take admission in F. Sc/ICS/G. Sc/FA-IT.
- The students who have passed their Matriculation with Arts Group are eligible to take admission in FA/FA-IT.

Note: Students of F.Sc, ICS, FA, and FA-IT are required to study English, Urdu, Islamic Studies Compulsory, Pakistan Studies, and Translation of the Holy Quran as compulsory subjects.
BACHELOR OF STUDIES (BS)
Government Graduate College for Women, Sangla Hill, offers four-year Bachelor of Studies (BS) degree programs affiliated with Government College University (GCU), Faisalabad. The programs are conducted under the semester system in accordance with the undergraduate curriculum and academic regulations, prescribed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and the affiliating university.
The College currently offers the following BS programs:

- BS Urdu
- BS Islamic Studies
- BS Political Science
Upon successful completion of the prescribed degree requirements, students are awarded a BS degree by Government College University, Faisalabad, qualifying them for higher education and professional careers.
